Chester Morris, a member of the Firm since 1961, has been litigating cases for over forty-five years throughout the State of California. However, throughout most of his career, he has practiced locally in the Yuba-Sutter area.

Mr. Morris received his J.D. from University of California, Hastings, School of Law in 1961. He is an AV Rated Attorney, with extensive experience in Business Litigation, Agricultural Litigation, Tort and Insurance Litigation, and Medical and Legal Malpractice. In addition to his law practice, he also serves as a mediator and arbitrator.

Mr. Morris has served as President of the: Yuba Sutter Bar Association (1970); Northern California Association of Defense Counsel (Director 1982; President 1990); American Board of Trial Advocates: Sacramento Valley Chapter (President 1988); Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Morris is also a member of numerous other organizations, including the, American Bar Association, Yuba-Sutter Bar Association, and American College of Trial Lawyers. Since 2005, Mr. Morris has been named as a Super Lawyer by publishers of Law and Politics, the San Francisco Magazine, and Northern California Super Lawyers Magazine.

Mr. Morris was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1962 and is authorized to practice before all California Courts, United Stated District Court-Northern District, and United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
